The Game of Tanks is a turn based strategy board game where you try to destroy other tanks with allies or alone. The difficulty of the game is up to the players & their strategies, which make each game a whole new experience. But be aware, one mistake can cost you an ally or drop you out of the game.

Making allies & how long the alliance will last is completely up to players. Will the other player betray you on their next turn? It's possible, so the players must be ready for anything.

In the end, despite the players' choices, only one thing is sure ... there can be only one winner.
↪ Unless you choose to work as teams from the very beginning.
There are two ways to play the game & each version has their own rules to make the gameplay enjoyable for everyone. So if you're more of a team player, the 2 vs 2 mode is for you. For those who seek more strategies & challenge, there's all vs all mode. The 2 vs 2 mode is easier way to play, so it's a great way to get to know the game & its mechanics.

The game was our first school assignment; we had to make a game in small groups & the time limit was two weeks.

The game itself was a challenge, since we lacked experience in designing & building a game from nothing. Different ideas were thrown around until we finally made a decision: a war game with tanks.
After few discussions & testings we were finally ready to put the pieces together to reach the goal - a playable game.

At first, the game had the name Super Attack 2000, but it was changed after we put the game to the test. It got a nickname Tankkipeli (The Game of Tanks) & that became the better known name.

The game was popular in class & it was one of the most played games during the testings.
